1. Do you have any kind of guarantee?

A rock solid one. Most web design companies expect you to pay up and then accept what you get. We give a full six-months guarantee on every single package. If you're not happy with your Bizinka website and the powerful marketing tools, let us know up to six months after you sign up and we'll refund every penny - without quibble.

2. A lot of web design and internet marketing companies say they'll build a great website and then don't fulfil their promises. Do you have any proof you really can do it?

I'll say. Because Bizinka is run by people who also run their own web-based businesses we know what works. Just one of our businesses - Discount Carpet Tiles - has grown annual turnover from £355,000 to £1,262,442 in two years. One thing we don't promise is to build you an "award-winning" website. None of our websites win awards, because they're designed specifically to promote your business rather than look pretty. The same goes for the suite of business-promotion tools you get when you sign up to Bizinka - every single one is designed to boost your business.

3. Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Every piece of data is backed up daily. That includes your website information, the graphics, your customer details, product details, everything. If ever there is an issue with your site, our backup reinstates your site immediately, meaning you don't lose any business through your website being down.

4. Can I download my customer order information?

Of course. After all, it's your information. Our top-end package, Bizinka Plus, downloads data ready for upload into a Sage accounting program so you get to see exactly what's going on with your sales, and examine the data to mine commercial information.

5. Can I pay by the month?

You can. It's a better deal when you pay by the year, but we give flexible

payment terms to suit everybody. When you sign up, just choose the option that suits you and we take care of the rest.

6. What payment types do you accept?

We accept all the major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Barclays ePDQ, HSBC Merchant Services, and SagePay, so there's bound to be one to suit you. The fact we accept payments from all the major credit card companies shows the high level of trust you can have for our system and the way we do business.

7. What happens if I want leave?

We'd hate to see you go, though once you've experienced the power Bizinka has to boost your business we think you're unlikely to go back to paying extortionate fees to "creative" designers and waiting weeks to have changes made to your site. Not to mention losing the powerful promotional tools Bizinka offers.

But to answer your question: yes, you can leave at any time, and we don't hold you to ransom. The domain is yours, so you can transfer it easily. We also give you all website content to take with you. And of course you can download your order information at any time. (see question number 4 above)

8. What kind of support can I expect?

If you ever have any issues with using the system, we're just an email or a phone call away. We promise to answer any email enquiry within 24 hours. And if things are really urgent we have a dedicated support phone line.

In fact we've designed Bizinka to be easy to use, and there's probably little need for much support at all. That's the beauty of the system. Instead of having to get in touch with your designer for every little change - and being charged for it - the changes get done with just a few clicks of your mouse. And if you need any help we're always here for you.

9. Can I upgrade from one package to another?

You certainly can. If you want to take advantage of a higher-level package, it's a simple case of getting in touch through your client control panel and the higher-level features will be available within a few days.

10. Is this system suitable for any type of business, including service businesses?

It is, because the fundamentals of marketing and promoting your business are the same no matter what you sell. You can use the system to sell purely online using the ecommerce module, or you can promote a business selling offline using the powerful email manager and other tools. And, of course, not having to pay a web designer for every little change puts you in total control of your website and your costs.

11. Can you help me with order fulfilment and warehousing?

We can indeed. We have a great arrangement with PEC Warehousing and Fulfilment - one of the early adopters of the Bizinka Business System. PEC can store, pack, and deliver your stuff, supplying a hands-off sales process for your Ecommerce business.
